Holly was married three times. She was the wife of Danny Quinn, an actor. They got married in 1991, then divorced two years later. In 1994, she dated Jim Carrey during auditions for Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. The two actors didn't land the role but developed a connection during filming Dumb and Dumber. Alaina was born the 8th November 1994, her parents being Kristy as well as J. J. Suddeth of Rossville, Georgia. Alaina's father is a Chattanooga-based tech. Alaina began singing at the age of three. The first performances she performed in public came with a kids choir and an annual vacation spot that provided singing karaoke. Alongside singing in the church and restaurants, she also sang for holidays, family reunions and other gatherings and anywhere outside of a 30 mile distance. Alaina was 8 years old when she was crowned the winner of The Southern Stars Pageant's talent contest. The next year she was selected to perform on the Kids talent stage at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. It was a stage she performed on each year up to the age of 12 when she won the competition that allowed her to perform on the festival's big stage. When she was 10 years old, she went to Orlando for the American Model and Talent Competition. She beat 1,500 contestants in the finals to win the crown. Alaina sang as part of Georgia Country Gospel Music Association's children's group. Alaina, then 12, made the first of her numerous visits to Nashville. She performed at local bars on Broadway, such as Tootsie's. Alaina was born in 1989, took home the WinniSTAR talent competition for youngsters who live at Lake Winnepesaukah. The cousin of Alaina Holly Witherow was diagnosed with brain cancer and encouraged her to begin singing. Alaina had worked at CiC's Pizza prior to becoming a part of Idol. She was a cheerleader for Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School in Fort Oglethorpe Georgia.
